In the municipal government educational institution of additional education "Malmyzhskaya children's school of arts named after S. B. Sakhar" of the municipal formation of the city of Malmyzh, educational services in excess of the municipal assignment related to the main activities are partially paid.

The size and procedure for setting tariffs for educational services related to the main types of activities are established by a decree of the administration of the municipal formation of the city of Malmyzh.

Paid educational services are provided by MKOU DO Malmyzhskaya DSHI on a contractual basis.

The parties to the contract for the provision of paid educational services are: the contractor - MKOU DO Malmyzhskaya DSHI and the customer - parents (legal representatives) of a minor or an individual and (or) legal entity intending to order or ordering paid educational services for themselves or other persons on the basis of the contract.

The agreement is concluded in writing in two copies (one for each of the parties).
